At Adsense Mastery LLC, we are confident in the value of our digital educational products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. Refund Eligibility

The following products are eligible for refunds:

• All eBook editions (Amateur, Beginner, Basic, Pro, Advanced, Master)
• Digital guide packages
• Video tutorial access (if not fully consumed)

2.2 Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.

2.3 Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Provide your order number and email address used for purchase

3. Non-Refundable Items and Services

3.1 Consultation Services

One-on-one consultation sessions are non-refundable once the session has been conducted. If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

3.2 Renewal Subscriptions

Annual renewal support subscriptions are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current subscription period.

3.3 Live Session Bookings

Additional live session bookings are non-refundable once the session has been completed. Unused sessions can be refunded if requested before the session date.

3.4 Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:

• Multiple refund requests from the same customer
• Evidence of content theft or unauthorized distribution
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity

4. How to Request a Refund

Step 4: Processing

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider:

5.2 Refund Method

• For technical issues that affected your experience
• For upgrades where you want to downgrade

Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks

Important: Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks:

• Incur additional fees that may be passed to you
• Result in immediate account termination
